After returning from the blaster, the underside and cowls got 2 coats of SPI epoxy.


Followed by welding in the cab corners:



Then the underside got coated with SPI bedliner (now discontinued)



After painting the inside with 2 coats of SPI white epoxy, the Restomod A/C unit was fitted.

I made a steel plate and tapped it for mounting Image Dynamics 5x7 speakers.




And then welded the cowl panels back on
