Orange light switch wire (marked 12V fused) wired directly back to panel (per AAW and full C10 color diagram). Brake Switch wire (in AAW harness but not in C10 diagram) wired directly back to panel as originally done. Courtesy lamp removed completely as it does not appear to be part of the puzzle. Double checked grounds and checked to see if any wires were open. Nope. Same fuse is popping.
