Thanks for the compliments.
Well, the paint shop finished with my '72 K25, so took make some room, we put the '55 body back on the frame...made it a roller. I took a bunch of pics as we assembled the straight axle, rotors, rear axles, springs and wheels before we set the body on, but for some reason none of the pics saved to the camera.
The body will have to come off at least one more time, and the frame will have to be disassembled to weld in front shock tabs and steering box mounts, as well as send a lot of the parts off for chrome plating. I will take more pics at that time.
As of today, I have a buddy of mine, Aaron, doing bodywork on the car while I stay busy doing the final assembly on the K25. Aaron's already smoothed out all the dents on the hood and right qrtr panel. He's actually coming over today to finish up on the left qrtr panel...then doors...then I have to decide on fiberglass frontend or steel.
