Here is some pics of the replacement floor. Figured out why the rocker panel was hitting the door. The floor is different in the suburbans. The patches are for a truck. Needed to section and reshape the rear section of floor. Other side isn't much to measure from due to rust, but I built a template for the shape and dimensions.

The area circled is different on a suburban. It steps down for the weatherstrip channel 1/2" sooner than on the trucks.
