Wow... not many service members on here posting from Korea. Did a tour there in 99 at camp casey.
i can't help you with your build up, but I know the numbers you are looking for should be easy enough to obtain.
As for heads, it's kinda hard to beat the GM vortecs, esp if you haven't bought the stuff like intake and valvetrain/covers.
