If you look at the inner part of the bedside where it meets the floor the holes are drilled in the sheet metal lip that sits on top of the wood, you will notice they may not be drilled through the wood if it wasn't factory installed. That gets you started on mounting the carrier . Then its just a long carriage bolt that goes through the wheel with a nut on the end. I'm not positive yet what nut actually goes there or what it looks like. Here's the bolt 3898396
