I can relate to searching for a decent project in our neck of the woods. I also looked for quite a while. Before I found something. Someone had one from Virginia. Was going to restore it. But needed to sell it. I probably paid a little too much for it. But by the time you restore all the sheet metal. I probably did OK. Good luck with your project. I get up to Rochester now and then.
