Here are pics of my set up -

The front adjustable "B52" hangers from DIY4X.com (same pic CrewCab59 previously posted)

My rear hanger rolled forward (reusing what is now the lower rear bolt hole) with 6" shackles.

Side shot showing the axle 2" forward. (I've since changed wheels and cut the wheel openings larger)
