I cannot pin point this one down unless I trace it back to a point of origin. I have looked in the wiring diagrams yet to no luck I do not see it anywhere unless I am that old and no one told me I was blind.

What really puzzles me is the brown thingy and its function? Anyone able to point me in the right direction?
