I tend to haul stuff in the bed of mine. Mulch, compost, loads of spent grain/mash. Nothing crazy like giant rocks although PO of my truck did. Me hauling stuff is the only thing that's been making me think twice about dropping it.
Fear about this is probably unfounded. Too ashamed to ask on the suspension forum
