Mine has changed a lot since the above post.

Now on a shortened 5 lug, trailing arm frame. The frame already had drop spindles and air bags on the front so I put bags on the rear. I just have schrader valves on the ends of the lines. Not sure if I want to install a compressor and controls or switch to drop springs.

It's got a 6.0/4L80e with headers and magnaflow mufflers.

Just put new tires on it. I'd like nicer wheels at some point, but these came with the frame so they'll work for now.
