I couldn't tell you what is correct or not for a 4x4 but here is what my truck has. I am the 3rd owner of this truck it is a 1972 Cheyenne Super all the #'s matching with 69,000 original miles the truck was repainted by the first owner some time ago. I would be surprised if he added the 4x4 emblems that are shown here just below the [8]350 emblems.
