There's a little twist to the story. See, back when he first got his truck he got a ticket for 10 over. They have a program here called Alive at 25. For a hundred bucks he took a class (didn't learn much) and they waived the ticket as long as he didn't get another one in 12 months. I think he's just shy. Because he stopped for the rolling lights and was cooperative, while the other knucklehead bolted, the cop cut him a little slack by not throwing the book at him. Could have been negligent or reckless, or prolly a few other things. I'll wake this thread back up once he's got his ducks in a row again. For now it's parked behind the shop.
