It's a Holmes 440. There is a chain that goes on the sprocket, and a guard that goes over that. I don't have any other components.

The winch is the last thing I'm going to address on the rig, Kieth- but your advice is sound- an electric winch would eliminate all of the hassles of trying to rig the power from the tranny- I had been thinking of trying to fit a gas or electric motor to power the winch- but replacing it all together may be a better way to go. Thanks for your advice!
