The girls loved it, but when he cranked the throttle that center carb backfired and set his hair on fire. I yelled that his hair was on fire but he didn't believe me. I could even hear it sizzle, what with the lacquer or whatever it is they used in the hair spray! I threw a (dry) rag at him and put it out. He had to go get it styled again. I never did that hair style stuff. That was a lot of money that was better spent elsewhere.
