Ran across these pictures the other day (slow day at work) Not "Other makes" but very different with right hand drive and obviously British design influences.
Chevrolet Canadian Military Pattern C8 / C15 / C30 / C60 No.13 cab trucks. A couple of links and pictures. The last one is my favorite.
