I agree. To fix that is going to be major time and money. To do it right.
I have worked on worse and believe me even though i like doing this type of work I get real sick of doing it. You just started. It will get worse when you get into it.

I would get at least a new roof off a donor. Or find a complete truck with a good cab or at least better cab. They are around. You will be $$$ ahead to wait and find one. You have to do the rockers anyway may as well do them on a better cab. I hate to say it but I would junk that one.
