I finally found it the drawing you sent in the back of the book, but it is not too clear to me what the distance is from the back edge of the fender.
I just found this link online and I might be able to use this as a reference point

It looks like that may get me close enough.
These are new fenders that came with the truck so they don't have any holes. Sorry to be so cautious but I want to be sure before I drill a bunch of 3/8 holes through them and the new paint on top
