I have decided to use the rear door hinges from a 2008 extended cab Silverado. They are a single piece hinge with stops built in. Expencive though, about $280.00 or so each. I think that they will be worth it though, if they work like they do on the Silverados. If not I have some Jeep wagoneer hinges that I pulled a couple years back that will do the job. I didn't want to use straps or anything for stops though. WES
