Top is usually the right tank.
Turn the ignition on and listen for the valve to move when you push the switch.Look to see if the guage is moving too.
Sometimes it won't move far enough,the guage won't move and you get no gas from either tank.
Valve may be clogged up or bad and the sock in the tank may be clogged up.
And,it's possible the fuse is bad=no power to switch.
