Unfortunately there is no easy answer here. The only way to know for sure what is going on is to remove the rockers and see how the cab sits and then take some measurements for square. It is common practice to always fit your doors (before welding) when installing rockers. After removing the rockers and taking some measurements, if the cab is out of square still, then you would have to remove the other "repairs" one at a time to find out which one is causing the problem. All of this depends on having the cab on a solid level surface and a decent work stand. It sounds like you will need to engage the education you gained at that same school, I would not let the same group attempt the re-repair. Or you could look for another cab.
