UPDATE 1/23/10

After a few weeks and some 75 mile trips, the electric fan is working great. I've noticed about 1 mpg increase. I was concerned about the temp switch not coming on until 200 but it seems to be ok. I want to make one change to this setup. I need to move the relay power to a switched hot to keep the fan from running after the truck is off. other than that i'm happy with it. Summertime might be a different story. i'll update it agin then.
