Next i got out the wire brush and cleaned off all the rust on the lower leg of the fender and got some Por15 on there to seal/stop the rust and prepped it for the new replacement panel. I don't use Por15 to often but when i do i remember how awesome it is! LOL. I put the door on to get the gaps right and welded it up!
