Go 55 and move your shifter from OD to D, D to OD and go back and fourth... see if it shifts. Do it 5 to 10 times.
Also, I read one of your posts saying you put Lucas in with your trans already full but then lost so fluid. Got to make sure your dead on full mark on dipstick after you drive 11 miles to work.
