I made my stepson change the oil in the car. Anytime I had to work on it I had him help out. But when he decided to take off to his grandmothers on his dads side of the family and overheated the car he had to pay to have it fixed. He called me said the car was overheating but instead of parking it drove it thirty miles with his dad in the car. That cost him unfortunately and his dad had to provide him a ride to school for once. Hard lesson but I bet you this he’ll pay attention to that gauge again.
