My three daughters are out on their own and doing pretty well. My 22 year old stepson works for me full time, running equipment and learning the family business. He also takes care of all my vehicle and equipment maintenance and works around our property. I've told him that he has to be my "mini-me", and be able to do anything from a toilet changeout to rebuilding a hydraulic cylinder. He's doing pretty well so far and I'm happy about that...He's my only chance at retirement!
