Do you really mean the stock wheels, or rally rims?
ECE and CPP both have economically priced lowering kits that give a good stance. Ride Tech starts to get more pricey and is more performance oriented.

I'm using ECEs stuff. total of 4.5" in front via 2.5" spindle, 2" springs. Rear is 6.5" using 6" spring and 1/2" lowering block. No c notch. Never had an issue in 10,000 miles. I did replace the ECE shocks with CPP nitrogen shocks and it rides a little better.
