C5 won't work with rallies (or many other wheels, for that matter). I say:

DJM drop spindles-$220
ECE 6-lug rotors-$200
Calipers, balljoints, etc from rockauto

Captfab rear setup

I think you can put it all together for around $1k, just guessing. Requires a little planning/leg work, but to mee, that's half the fun
