No offense here,Ted.I might know a thing or two,but I`m no know-it-all.And,smart?You don`t know me well,do ya?

I`ve been around tractors alot in my life,but admit I don`t know alot of technical(?) stuff on them.I just drew that conclusion about Allis Chalmers years ago and had it in my head that way.After all,they`re the same color as my favorite motors

.What about Fiat-Allis,how did that come to be?GM has been in the heavy equipment biz over the years but I forget how it all linked up.Didn`t GMC make a V6 tractor motor?

I always liked the Jubilies and 8Ns,too.A Jubilie was the first tractor I ran.The front ends looked like one of my favorite cars growing up,the`39 Ford.
