Definitely a 1952 GMC 228
The problem with identifying GMC is that they didn't go strictly by year like Chevy did. They used serial numbers not VIN numbers that would fall in a particular year.
B228370750 was 1952 but B228370749 could have been 1951 and register both as 1952's or 1951's depending on what state or country it was registered in.
