The front looks a good 8 inches or more higher that the back so the frame is running up hill affecting your measurements. Pull the front springs and bump stop rubbers out of it and see where you are at. The front will have the lower a arms on the floor.

The only interference is the radius arms at this point.
You can take the arch angle measurements of the radius arm no matter where the frame is sitting. (Pivot point is static)
The notch itself i already know has the room to drop the frame on the ground from prior measurements while doing the z up from when the frame was level.
