I liked using the stock outer mounts, then spacers for the rear and middle. Why, I liked the slightly higher seating position than mounting it to the flat floor behind the hump. I used some 3/4" to 1" pipe adapters as spaces. They seemed to be correct height. I had to play with washers for the inner seat legs of the seats till I got something right.
Eventually I made spacers out of steel pipe. I used 1/4" thick still plating for underside mounts where I drilled new holes for either the seats and seat belts.
