The fuse panel is on the firewall... The buss bar is on the LH kick panel.
Motornut posted some pictures with the dash mostly disassembled that show the buss bar. I haven't been able to find them but they do exist. It's really hard to see the sheet copper buss bar with the instrument cluster installed.
You'll find it tucked behind the steel knee panel on the LH side kick panel between the door and the firewall just above the E-Brake pedal bracket.
