well, after being on the charger all last night and today, the horn will try to honk and i can hear the starter click. The lights still won't turn on and the outer ring (with the ears) on the ignition switch cylinder came off when i pulled the key out. It's been raining here all day, so i'm limited on what i can troubleshoot tonight.

how do you jump the starter? I've seen it done, but it's been a while.

put a hot battery in it
