I would say YES, if they were 16in not the 16.5. 16.5 is getting harder to get. Not impossible, but there are few decent tire options in this size as it is not common anymore. 16.5 is also useless off road due to the bead design. If you air down much at all, the 16.5 is way more likely to come off the bead than a 16in.
The 16in is a very common size still. While 17+ is what is used most on new trucks(due to increases in brake sizes), the 16in is still very very common and what nearly all 3/4 ton trucks/vans used till the mid-late 90's. The change to the 16in from the 16.5in happened in the 70's. This means that there are millions of trucks and vans using the 16in wheels.
As for real money value? I just paid $15 each for a set of 16in wheels. Some charge more, but if you look you can get them for a decent price. I would expect 16.5 rims to be in the $5-$25 range per wheels depending on how deluded the owner is.
