Matt,
Glad to hear the crossmember made it, Looking at your pic's it appears the rear fore spring mounts are mounted lower on the frame than factory. It appears you brought them down to match K20 braces (the angle pieces attaching the frame to spring mounts. The tops of the spring mounts should be about flush with the top of the frame. When located in the factory position they should give 2" lift over a 2 wheel drive setup. The Rear mounts should do the same, 2" lift over 2wd. K20 stuff drops more distance from the frame 'cause the frame is shallower. Yours will work just fine but you better keep an eye on driveline angle. I stumbled into this making some measurements for the same conversion. If you need pictures of both the 1 ton 2wd mount/location and the 4x4 mounts/location let me know I can get 'em. If you like a little lift then this will work good.
