A few months ago I bought ‘69 suburban from member here, ranger danger. Great truck and making little changes to suit me. It’s a C20 with 454/400 and 3:73 in 1 ton housing. PO had installed 40 gal tank so I’ll live with the 10mgp. Just followed a thread on this site and install gas struts for rear barn doors. Simple job that took all of 20 minutes and love the results. I removed front roll pan and installed stock bumper. Now I need help with rear bumper. It’s got a real nice step bumper, but has a lip that goes up to bottom of doors so sheet metal panel was removed. Where can I find that filler panel? Also need help with locating late model rear seat. It has newer fronts with console, but rear has to be absolutely flat to sit up on raised rear deck area. If installed on floor, seats are too close with no leg room. I don’t want to reinvent the wheel, I know others have dealt with this and need to know what year/model seat works.
