Sounds like a torn bicep tendon.

Did your bicep "roll up" a bit in your shoulder?

I have a Suburban and do Strongman competitions... Tore mine competing (very common in the sport)

If that is the case you want to get it reattached with surgery ASAP there is a 2 week window I believe.

I am back to competing after reattachment and its no hinderance to my day to day life (including moving suburban seats by myself)
