I would use both the relay and the oil pressure switch because although the instructions for that OP switch show that it can switch a fuel pump, I don't know the current draw of the pump and the info for the OP switch doesn't give the amperage rating of it.

I also would want a collision shut-off switch as well. Here's the one I just ordered. It's cheap insurance. ($32.55 AUD or about $25.27 USD)
