the alternator in my daily driver is shot, and I never taken a surpentine belt off before, which I need to do to change the alternator, I see it has what looks like a densioner, with a 3/4 '' nut on it, do I put a wrench on it and pry on the densioner to loosen the belt? any help would be appreciated.
