did some research when looking for door pins for my buddies 39 chevy master deluxe.
used NEW big block chevy intake valves, they measure 0.3415''. to make them fit, put hinge pieces in the mill using a valve reamer that spec'd 0.3412, don't know what engine brand it was for, but the difference in diameters made for a press fit. drilled an oiling on for pin tip grease gun in all three parts of hinge.
they have worked flawless for the past 10 years. almost daily driver, couple power tours, multiple car shows, 10k plus miles a year.
