It looks like there is some damage on the door plus the start of some rust in the photo in post 6 but almost every TF that hasn't been totally redone in the past few years seems to have a bit of rust in that area.
It would be nice if you could find someone on the board who lives close to it that could go and look at it first hand and take some high quality photos that show all aspects of it. That way you would at least have an outside opinion on what it is really like.
