not sure, personally I've never had a failure and typically any compressor thats been returned to me for repair or warranty is too small for the tank they run or the supply side of the system leaks down and the compressor is overworked. I can also tell you I have bought a lot of cars and trucks with airride installed and every single one has leaks that I've had to fix.
