What do you think about getting a Headliner out of a new model Tahoe or Suburban? I dont know what the size of your roof is, but if the headliner was to big it would be easy to cut and glue back together.... Then you have a foundation for you fiberglass work.... Should be able to soak the headliner with resin and harden it. You might still want to use some fiberglass mat to reinforce it some.
