Yes it has the 427 emblems, and the engine turns, I just haven't had time to throw a carb on it and see if it will start. The truck was kind of an impulse buy. If the engine, trans, axle and air brakes turn out to be good I will probably just throw a ramp bed on the back and make it a car hauler. If the that turns out to be too much trouble, I would love to find something like you are talking about, a later model big truck (preferably a cummins powered roll back).
