That is a common issue with the aftermarket body panels. They all need reworked to be able to bolt them together. They don't just bolt together right out of the box.

In once case I can only see half the fixing in the inner fender and in the other its barely visible. Just another little job needing doing.
Not sure of the problems in the fender or inner fender, though none of the front fixings in the fender line up with those in the grill support. |
