1992 GMC, 305, 255k. My check brake light is on. The one in the corner. It doesn't come on right away, usually after driving for a while. When i turn the truck to the on postion the light is not lit. Can i only check the code once it lights up? The PO said there was something wrong with the e-brake cable but i haven't looked. Would there be a code for that?
