Here was how it was done "back in the day" before we had the luxury of dropped spindles and aftermarket springs ...
Front = cut one full round out of the front coil = 2" - 2 1/2"
Rear = Jeep or early Chevelle/Malibu springs in the rear with a 1 1/2" block & longer u bolts. CCP can help you out with these.
*** do not - repeat - DO NOT heat and collapse the springs, no matter how cheap it is to do ***
& don't worry about the adjustable Panhard bar ... it isn't needed long as you aren't dropping the rear more than 4-5 inches. add the spindles and new springs in the future as your budget allows
