I'm no big guy so I'd say most would have no problem. I do believe I used a strap and hooked it to the rear window opening when rolling it onto and picking it up from it's back side. This strap gave me something to grab a hold of as the cab goes all the way to its backside.

One thing to use also is... get some 6x6 wood blocks, place them on the floor so the footsteps make contact with the wood before the side rocker panels make contact with the concrete floor and deform them, especially if rolling the cab forward towards the firewall.

Oh, I also laid furniture blankets down too.
