I did some media blasting on mine with black diamond media from tractor supply, I tried to contain it with a big tent i made out of pvc pipe and plastic drop cloths, i made a huge mess and got rather frustrated with my blaster. If i had the $$ I would definately have someone else blast everything for me but im on a pretty tight budget. my 2cents
